Installment and deferred payment options are:

offered and administered solely by the respective third-party provider,

subject to independent credit assessment and approval,

governed by the terms and conditions of the selected financing provider.

Elara Maison does not act as a lender and does not control approval decisions, repayment terms, interest charges (if applicable), or financing agreements. Any financing agreement is concluded directly between you and the payment provider.

Availability of financing options may vary depending on:

  • order value,
  • customer location,
  • currency,
  • and provider-specific eligibility criteria.

Full financing terms, fees (if any), repayment schedules, and legal disclosures are presented during checkout by the respective provider.

5. International Payment Methods

International Payments

Elara Maison processes all payments exclusively in EUR (Euro).

For international customers, available payment methods may include:

If your local currency differs from EUR, your bank or payment provider may apply a currency conversion based on its own exchange rate and fees. Elara Maison is not responsible for currency conversion rates or additional bank charges applied by third parties.

International bank transfers may require 1–3 business days to be received and confirmed. Orders will be processed only after full cleared funds are received in our EUR account.

All payments are subject to verification and fraud-prevention screening where necessary.

6. Elara Maison Gift Cards

Elara Maison offers digital Gift Cards available for purchase through the Website.

Gift Cards:

  • are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout,
  • may be redeemed exclusively on elaramaison.com,
  • may be used for full or partial payment of eligible products,
  • are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by mandatory law.

If the order value exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using one of the accepted payment methods.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, Gift Cards do not expire.
Elara Maison reserves the right to cancel or invalidate Gift Cards in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

Lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards is the responsibility of the holder, unless required otherwise by applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Currency

Cryptocurrency Payments

Where cryptocurrency payments are accepted:

Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, refunds for cryptocurrency payments are not automatically processed through the original wallet.

Where a refund is approved under our Return Policy or applicable law, Elara Maison reserves the right to:

  • issue a refund in EUR via bank transfer; or
  • issue store credit equivalent to the EUR value of the original transaction at the time of payment; or
  • process a crypto refund at our discretion, based on the EUR value received.

Elara Maison is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the date of payment and the date of refund.

 

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without first contacting Elara Maison:

  • we reserve the right to suspend order processing;
  • suspend or restrict the customer account;
  • provide documentation to the payment provider to dispute unjustified claims.

We encourage customers to contact our support team prior to initiating any payment dispute so that the matter may be resolved efficiently and amicably.

Fraudulent chargebacks may be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
