2. Definitions
- Client – A natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit using the services of the Store.
- Services – Electronic services provided by the Store, including online sales of products.
- Account – A registered user account enabling order tracking and access to additional features.
- Sales Agreement – A contract between the Client and the Store concerning product purchases.
3. Use of the Store
3.1. Access Requirements
- The Store is accessible worldwide and requires a device with an internet connection and a modern web browser.

- Registration is optional and free of charge. It allows for tracking order status and utilizing additional Store functionalities.
- The Client must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information.

4. Formation of the Sales Agreement
4.1. Order Processing
- Orders can be placed 24/7, and the Sales Agreement is concluded upon order confirmation.
- Prices are displayed in the respective currency and include applicable taxes (e.g., VAT in the EU).
4.2. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Rights by Region)
European Union (EU)
- Customers have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without stating a reason (Directive 2011/83/EU).
- The return must include the original, undamaged product and packaging.
United States (USA)
- Under FTC Consumer Protection Rules, customers may return products within 30 days.
- Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.
United Arab Emirates (UAE)
- Consumers can request a refund or replacement within 7 days under Emirates Consumer Protection Law.
5. Payments and Delivery

- Elara Maison strives for uninterrupted service but is not liable for delays or technical issues beyond its control.
6.2. Limitation of Liability
- The Store is not responsible for issues caused by third-party service providers, including payment processors and logistics companies.
7. Complaints and Returns
7.1. Defective Products and Warranty Claims
- Clients may file a complaint under warranty laws in their respective regions:
- EU: Claims must be filed within 2 years of purchase (Directive 1999/44/EC).
- USA: Warranties are subject to the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.
- UAE: Complaints must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

- USA: Governed by federal and state laws based on the customer’s location.
